Our sessions are designed to address the issues of teenagers both alone and with their parents. Teen Awareness Programmes

Awareness Programmes are offered to schools from grade 6th to 10th on various essential life skills like healthy coping skills, emotional learning, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, and teamwork.


Teen Mindfulness Workshops

Our specially curated Mindfulness Workshops are designed to teach teenagers the practice of being present in the moment.
