Our Teenage Therapy Sessions provide you and your child with a safe space to discuss issues and work towards a better parent-child relationship. Our sessions are designed to address the issues of teenagers both alone and with their parents. They will provide you with the support you need to communicate and solve your issues, thereby strengthening your bond.
Awareness Programmes are offered to schools from grade 6th to 10th on various essential life skills like healthy coping skills, emotional learning, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, and teamwork.
Our specially curated Mindfulness Workshops are designed to teach teenagers the practice of being present in the moment. Paired with relaxation techniques and interactive activities, these workshops encourage enhanced awareness of self and emotional well-being with the help of the founder’s book ‘Mindful Me’.
